Here's another lost hit that dredges up memories of the abyss of 8th grade. That was when not only did I have to fend off harassment by the school's favorite students, but the school itself had the attitude of a scold. It was so aggravating.
My school was so authoritarian that it would have dwarfed all the combined initiatives of the World Economic Forum, the 104th Congress, and Nayib Bukele's inner circle.
Instead of "We Connect", however, it may be just as interesting to focus on Stacey Q's signature hit: "Two Of Hearts." Admit it, you know that one: "Two of hearts...Two hearts that beat as one."
I have a funny memory associated with "Two Of Hearts." One afternoon, while the song was at its peak of popularity, I was hanging out up the street with one of my neighborhood chums. Somebody had a radio loudly blaring "Two Of Hearts." Upon hearing this, my pal started singing, "Two of farts...Two farts that fart as one."
What a genius!
